The Group’s property portfolio is managed in-house by the Blend Property Management (BPM) team. This same hands-on approach is available to 3rd party clients for the management of their commercial portfolios.
Offering a boutique service to our clients who benefit by being part of a larger managed portfolio, but still with a personal touch. BPM utilises the cloud based MDA Property Manager© to administer the affairs of each portfolio, giving owners online access to data and reports, so vital in understanding one’s investment.
Corporate Real Estate Services (CRES) offered to companies with multiple sites and premises, and aims to assist with the complexities of leasing, renewals, site acquisition and other property related aspects.
A centralised database is checked against monthly rental invoices issued by landlords to ensure correct rental payments are made. Other payments associated with the premises (e.g. utilities and other services) are also tracked and paid. Clients make a single payment to Blend who in turn handles the distribution of funds based on the contracted amounts.
Leases are tracked to ensure timeous notification of renewal intent to landlords, and negotiation of renewals can be carried out by Blend on behalf of the client.
This service allows clients to concentrate on their core business while Blend takes care of their property needs.
